The high domed loaf
shaped Turquoise in an ovoid saw tooth edge setting, with attractive Lotus and
bud shoulders to an entwined shank with French Silver mark and maker’s mark on
the outer rim. French circa 1885

A
long rectangular Silver Cameo Ring,The high relief figure of a slender girl
in classical Roman clothing, with a halo and a staff with a Cross at the top.
I have no idea if there was a third or fourth century Roman/Byzantine female
Saint who looked like a young Mia Farrow or is it a young Joan of Arc, except
she is usually depicted in armour. I would have expected to find a French Silver
mark on this Ring but there is nothing, so your guess as to country of origin is
as good as mine.

French 19th century Silver Crested Ring. The rectangular top
engraved with a Coat of Arms comprising a central shield containing two
crescents with pellet surrounds, a double headed eagle and a crown. Above the
shield is a knights plumed helmet supporting a draped banner around the shield.
Acanthus trefoil shoulders, to a fluted shank, the outer band stamped with
French Silver marks. Circa 1850

acorns, which are very cherished and ancient symbols in English pageantry. The
